A Clear Path to a Stronger,

More Valuable Business.

The Business Engine Blueprint shows you where your business is

losing money, wasting time, and relying on you for things it shouldn't

— and what to fix first.

A focused diagnostic for established business owners.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

A successful business shouldn't be

this hard to run.

You built a great business, but too much still depends on you.

These are the issues I see most often when I work with owners.

Problems keep finding their way back to you.

"No matter what we do, certain customers still want to talk to the owner."

Your team still relies on you for too many decisions.

"I've hired good people, but too much still seems to come back to me."

Things fall through the cracks unless you stay on top of them.

“If I’m not watching it, following up, or reminding someone, I’m never completely sure it gets done.”

You spend too much time fixing what should already work.

"I'm always checking work, fixing mistakes, and making sure standards are being followed."

Opportunities are lost because follow-up isn’t consistent.

“I know there are leads and estimates we should be following up with, but it doesn’t always happen.”

Important work takes longer than it should.

“I know how to do it. I just haven’t figured out how to get it out of my head and into a process someone else can follow.”

You’re busy, but you’re not always sure where the money is leaking.

“We’re doing the work, but I know there are places we’re losing money or leaving opportunities on the table.”

Growth keeps adding complexity instead of capacity.

“Every time we grow, it feels like there are more things for me to keep track of.”

These aren't signs of failure.

They're signs your business needs a better engine.

The problems may look unrelated. They usually aren’t. They’re often connected by the way work

moves through the business, where decisions get made, and what still depends on you.

THE PROBLEM BENEATH THE PROBLEMS

Your business isn't a collection

of separate problems.

It's one interconnected engine.

Sales affects operations. Operations affects customer experience. Customer experience affects follow-up. Your people depend on processes. Processes depend on information.

When those connections aren't designed intentionally, things slow down, opportunities get missed, and the owner becomes the connection.

When the business isn't connected,
the owner becomes the connection.

That's why fixing one area in isolation rarely creates lasting change. You need to look at the whole engine to see where the real leverage is.

THE SOLUTION

The Business Engine Blueprint

A complete diagnostic of your business.

The Business Engine Blueprint is a structured diagnostic of how your business operates as a whole.

We examine the key parts of the business, how work moves between them, where the connections break down, and which problems are creating the greatest drag on performance.

Instead of treating every symptom as a separate problem, the Blueprint helps identify what’s actually causing them and where fixing one thing can improve several others.

You get a clear, prioritized roadmap
for what to fix first.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

TAKES A FULL PICTURE VIEW

Looks at how the key parts of your business work together, not just isolated problems.

IDENTIFIES THE REAL GAPS

Shows you where the biggest leaks, bottlenecks, and opportunities actually are.

PRIORITIZES WHAT TO FIX

Gives you a clear, focused roadmap based on the biggest impact for your time, money, and growth.

BUILDS A STRONGER, MORE VALUABLE BUSINESS

Helps you create a business that runs more smoothly, depends less on you, and is positioned for long-term growth.

WHAT THE BLUEPRINT EXAMINES

We look for where your business is working harder than it should.

We look for the friction, missed opportunities, and unnecessary work that cost you time, money, and attention.

MISSED OPPORTUNITIES

Leads, calls, estimates, follow-up, reactivation, and opportunities that aren't being consistently captured.

REPETITIVE WORK

Routine tasks consuming time that could be simplified, delegated, or automated.

COMMUNICATION GAPS

Missed calls, customer communication, internal messages, after-hours coverage, and broken handoffs.

BROKEN WORKFLOWS

Processes that rely on memory, manual intervention, duplicate entry, or someone constantly pushing things forward.

DISCONNECTED TOOLS

Software that doesn't work together, capabilities you're paying for but not using, and gaps where a better tool or custom solution may be warranted.

OWNER DEPENDENCY

Decisions, knowledge, approvals, exceptions, and routine work that unnecessarily keep flowing back to you.

We're not looking for everything that could be improved.

We're looking for the few things that should be improved first.

WHY WORK WITH KEVIN

I've spent my career figuring out how things work, and how they work better.

I've spent more than 25 years building and operating businesses, with deep roots in real estate, mortgage, and title. Today, I work with business owners across home services, fitness, retail, and other local service businesses to make their companies easier to run, stronger, and less dependent on them.

Along the way, I learned something that applies to almost every business: the problem you see is often not the problem you actually need to fix.

My job is to step outside the day-to-day, look at how the business is actually operating, find where opportunity is being lost or unnecessary work is being created, and help you determine what to fix first.

Sometimes the answer is a better process. Sometimes it's delegation, automation, AI, better software, or something custom.

The goal isn't more technology. It's a business that works better.

25+ YEARS

Building, operating, and advising businesses.

SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT

OPERATOR, NOT JUST ADVISOR

I build and use these systems in businesses of my own.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Straight answers to common questions.

What to know before getting started.

Is the Business Engine Blueprint only for certain types of businesses?

No. The Blueprint is designed for established businesses where the owner knows things could run better but isn't necessarily sure what should change first. I work primarily with service businesses, but the underlying problems, missed opportunities, repetitive work, broken handoffs, disconnected tools, and owner dependency, show up across many industries.

FAQ image

Is this an AI or automation audit?

No. AI and automation may be part of the solution, but they aren't the starting point. We start with the business problem. The right answer might be a better process, delegation, a VA, automation, AI, existing software, custom software, or some combination of them.

FAQ image

Do I need to have a CRM or specific software?

No. We look at what you're already using, what's working, what's creating friction, and what's missing. The goal isn't to add more software. It's to determine what would actually make the business work better.

FAQ image

What do I actually receive?

A personalized Business Engine Blueprint that identifies the most important opportunities we uncover and gives you a prioritized roadmap for what to address first.

FAQ image

Will you implement the recommendations?

If implementation makes sense, we can discuss it after the Blueprint. Some recommendations may be things you or your team can handle internally. Others may involve systems, automation, AI, software, integrations, or custom solutions that I can help design and implement.

FAQ image

How much does the Business Engine Blueprint cost?

The Business Engine Blueprint is a $1,000 fixed-fee engagement. That includes the initial questionnaire, diagnostic conversation, analysis of what we uncover, your personalized Blueprint and prioritized roadmap, and a review session to walk through the findings and next steps.

There is no requirement to hire me to implement anything we recommend.
